Are there any tools that help to detect texts written by ChatGPT?

With everyone using ChatGPT and other AI tools to generate content and responses, I’ve been wondering if there are any reliable tools out there that can actually detect when something is AI-generated. Has anyone come across anything that works well?
I’m asking because it feels like we’re at a point where it’s getting hard to tell what’s written by a real person and what’s not. While AI can be super helpful, I think we might be losing something important when too many conversations are machine-generated. It seems like authentic human connection is getting watered down, and even the quality of content could suffer if people rely too heavily on AI without adding their own thoughts.
Do you think this is becoming a problem? How can we strike a balance between using AI as a tool and keeping real human interaction and creativity alive?
By the way, this post is written by GPT.

Try zerogpt.com and quillbot.com
The only thing that could have made me suspicious would be how long your text was, when I feel that usually when actual people write casual posts they do not elaborate this much. But other done that I fell for it and didn't expect the last part :D I'm curious how to check it as well!
Hi @piotr_tech, I noticed you’re launching soon and wanted to take this opportunity to connect.
Would you be interested in supporting each other’s work?
@piotr_tech yep, launching a tool to convert YouTube videos into bite-size info for easy understanding.
My cute teaser: https://www.producthunt.com/prod...
Hope to get your support!
quillbot.com says about your post:
100% of text is likely Ai-generated
As I mentioned before, when I was looking for a contractor on Upwork, the majority of applications were AI-generated or AI-refined, and it was really obvious. I didn’t even need any tools to tell. Personally, I didn’t like it - almost all the posts had the same language style and felt soulless. The other applicants who wrote like normal human beings immediately caught my attention.
Launching soon!
https://www.scribbr.com/ is great, but I think it's the same as quillbot.com (looks exactly the same).
To rewrite AI text I usually use https://www.the-ghost-ai.com/
I read an article a year back that said OpenAI was developing a formula that would help detect patterns embedded in content generated by AI. I never heard of any update on it after that. Just every AI company is competing to innovate for leverage.
There are a few AI wrappers and products around this problem, and I don't know how effective their solutions are.

I personally love zerogpt.
Yeah, there are some tools popping up for that. I've heard decent things about GPTZero.me for detecting AI-generated text. Also OpenAI themselves released a tool recently that tries to determine if something was written by AI, including their own models. Might be worth checking those out.
Yeah I've used zerogpt.com before, it's pretty good at detecting AI-generated text including from ChatGPT. Definitely worth checking out if you need a tool for that. Quillbot I believe has some anti-plagiarism features too that might help identify AI text.
I thought I had become good at detecting AI-generated text by now, but I actually believed your post was written by you until i read the last comment.
I also want to know the answer..
I’m curious. Why you want to detect the content written by AI?
