Are there project management tools that update risks and action items from slack and documents?

We are working on a software that automatically identifies and reports new project risks, action item updates and generally provides Weekly Project updates from connected sources like Slack, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc.. Wondering if 1) there are tools that already do this and 2) this would be valuable from a project/program management pov? Thank you so much for any feedback on this!
