I'd say I'm a blend of both—a dreamer to envision the possibilities and a doer to make those dreams a reality. It's the balance between dreaming and doing that turns aspirations into achievements.
I am more a dreamer, but i call it visioner, that's why i have doers in my team, so that there will be balance
