For notaku.so I monitor some keywords on Twitter using a custom cli and a cron job, this way i can reply and do some marketing for Notaku Should i make a service out of this process?

Yes, sure. When I prepare some content, I always search for related hashtags and check how popular these hashtags are. It can help my tweet gain more impressions. Secondly, I will use Twitter advanced search to confirm whether Twitter shield my tweet or not.
