From the perspective of employees and bosses, how do you view remote work? how do you feel about the efficiency difference between remote work and working in the office?

My company and I work remotely, I made this decision myself and productivity is no worse than in offices.

I currently work remotely and while remote work offers flexibility and productivity benefits, it can certainly be isolating at times working alone from home each day.
As an employee, I miss some of the spontaneity and casual collaboration that naturally happens when teams are co-located.

We connected through channels like slack, WhatsApp etc. We primarily used clickup to stay focused on the tasks. You can check out tools like miro for brainstorming, trello, zoom.
