As a founder, what are the weekend hacks that improve your productivity?

As a founder, most of the weekend I can not leave desk, emails or slack groups. Sense of loosing out grapples me and I feel many of us could be in the same boat.
Now, I am spending time to be socially involved and going to swim. Swimming and some time being social helped me to freshen up.
What other founders use their time on weekend, that actually increase their productivity, if you can share?

I just take the weekend off - use it as time to recharge. Spend time with the kids, and usually the wife has my whole time planned anyways!

Agree with you. It is difficult to leave 'work' on weekends, there is little escape. :)
Of all the things, what is working these days is setting time aside for deep work on weekends. Set a specific time when you work and beyond that pre-plan meeting friends, time with kids, or outdoor activities.
Another thing worth trying is spending an hour on Sunday evening planning for the week ahead.
@shahdeepa So far, I never planned week end. I had no idea that weekend needs to be planned ahead of the time. Learning from latest happenings that planning weekend and your leisure time gives you best return as well.
Hey I'd spend an hour for setting up objectives and priorities for the next one week ahead. That's good one. Thank you for sharing
The main weekend hack is to be as far from your laptop and mobile phone as possible ππ
And of course sports - I believe that this is the best way to clear your mind of tasks and thoughts.
