    Hello Everyone, since one of my focus areas is on retention marketing and all things digital marketing, I thought I might help by answering any questions anyone might have on SMS Marketing. What would you like to know? Is there anything you'd like to learn more about for this marketing channel?     Does SMS marketing work? Or what kind of SMS marketing works?

    @gaurav_verma10 100% SMS Marketing Works. Essentially, anything you do in Email Marketing, you can do with SMS Marketing. The difference is that SMS Marketing yields nearly 100% open rates, whereas email marketing yields anywhere from a 10%-20% open rate.

    @alexsien A b2b SaaS. I have no idea about sms marketing. How do you differentiate the market? What I'm trying to say is how do you know the numbers you have are of people in b2b market
