Balancing solo or Teamwork? Which one?

Solo work only when your team is occupied or else I would suggest teamwork. You build your team with diverse skill sets. If you have to work solo then why build a team in 1st place?

Great companies are built not by one person but by a team. Therefore, only teamwork can achieve success. You can start alone, but you cannot achieve real success alone.

Whether to choose solo or teamwork depends on the task or project at hand. Some tasks may require individual expertise and creativity, while others might need collaboration and coordination among team members to achieve the desired outcome. It is essential to assess the situation, understand the goals and objectives before deciding on whether to work solo or in a team. Additionally, one should also consider personal preferences and strengths as to what they excel at and what makes them productive and satisfied.

Teamwork for sure, cause it's easier to do tough stuff and achieve higher results this way! But in some cases I prefer working by myself, need to keep this balance, I guess

I'm a solo developer now. I would like to increase the number of people on my team, but GPT is too convenient and gets in the way.

TBH, I can't really understand what balancing solo could mean. I think while teamwork is the way to go and there's absolutely no way around it, it would still require a bit of balance with solo work of each individual in the group.

A team is a must, of course, since each member of it plays an important role. One person excels in communicating, the other is great at creating catchy texts and posts, the third is pro in design, the fourth backs others up if something goes south, etc.

Using project management tools like Trello or Asana can be a game-changer for coordinating tasks and keeping everyone on the same page, so I'm for Teamwork!

It's a rookie's mistake, trying to do everything by yourself. In the initial stages, when the confidence is high and the energy is great, it works but after that you have to rely on your team members for a lot of things. A lot of people, who have built successful products, often credit their teams and inevitably so. A great team is a foundation for resounding success.
