    talk to customers, talk to customers, talk to customers, try to figure out if they already see this as a problem that they actually give a shit about, put more effort into proving yourself wrong as well as proving yourself right, do what it takes to get first real users/case studies actual customers, expect this to be at a loss, don't worry about leaving money on the table too early, before you have earned it, be 100% open to pivoting stopping if you see writing on the wall that it wont work, don't get too emotionally attached to the baby, maybe its not the right baby yet. Hire women, pay them properly, listen to them.
    Validate your idea first, before you drop $$$ into creating something. Interview your target audience and ask them about the problems they face and how they currently solve it. Highly recommend reading a short book called “the mom test”

    Try to get insight that's hard to get from looking on the outside. Then form your thesis and find a cheap way to test it. I think the hardest part is to find insight that is valuable to your end users then it's execution.
