Best way to find a hunter for B2B SaaS launch?

I'm preparing to do my very first PH launch, so this is probably a beginner-level question. Thank you in advance for your patience.
It sounds like finding someone to hunt our product will give us a better chance to have a successful launch.
Here's the advice I've seen so far:
1.) Find someone who has hunted similar products in the past.
2.) Connect with them on social media.
3.) Ask them to hunt your product.
What does someone gain from hunting my product? Why would someone with a lot of followers agree to help me if I reached out to them?
Any advice you can give me about finding a hunter for my product will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Daniel, my tip would be to find someone who has a genuine interest in your product.

If you're wondering why a hunter might help , it's often about expanding their network and staying on top of exciting new tools.
In case it helps, here's a bit more information about the product:
TimeFront is a B2B SaaS tool for small firms. It's most useful to project-based businesses like staffing agencies, architecture firms, consultancies, and other professional services companies.
It helps business owners focus on the thing they started their business to do, rather than the administrative tasks of running a business. TimeFront has features in the areas of time tracking, bandwidth management, invoicing (including QuickBooks integration), and revenue forecasting.
Our software makes it easier to proceed with confidence that your team is the right size for all of your upcoming projects. Most importantly, it helps you make sure you're not going to run out of money.
If you know anyone who would be a great hunter for something like this, I'd love to hear your suggestion.
