Book Publishing with Side Companion Ai

For the release release of my fourth coming e-book for crowdfunding I'm launching with a companion AI coach to help people with any questions they have on spur the moment. Has anyone heard of other authors doing this? I'm sure it exists I'm just trying to learn how other people are doing it.
