I'm developing a marketing strategy for a Chrome extension, and would appreciate your feedback! Do you think Product Hunt is a good place to launch it? I haven't seen many extensions here, so I wonder if there are any policies? Thank you!

They work, of course! I launched a productivity extension last year and it was my best launch ever. https://www.producthunt.com/prod...

If helpful β€” yes. I think it's ability to solve problems matter more than a type of app/tool you make

Hey @alex_skazka! πŸ˜„ I think launching your Chrome extension on Product Hunt could be a great idea! πŸŽ‰ Product Hunt has a vibrant community that loves to discover new tools and could provide valuable feedback for your strategy. While it's true that extensions aren't as common, that could actually help your product stand out! Just make sure to check their guidelines on software launches. Best of luck with your marketing strategy! πŸš€

I think ProductHunt is a good place for launching browser extensions. We have two extensions published on our website, ExtensionWizard.com, and launched the first one on PH. As a newbie here, I cannot claim success in my first launch, but I received valuable input from active PH gurus.
