Can a single Figma Organizational account be utilized across multiple devices?

We're a team of 10 working on design projects and a design system, but our current free account limits sharing. We're thinking of getting three organizational plans with separate accounts (like uxteam1@abc.com, uxteam2@abc.com, uxteam3@abc.com). Can each account support three people logged in simultaneously for effective collaboration? Your thoughts on whether this plan works for us would be valuable.
