Can I make into top 10 without having much followers and being very active on PH?

Yes, you can choose on weekends to launch, and hope you can get over 100 Upvotes, then you will have chance to make into top10

I guess it depends if you have a community and are active on some other platforms and how big is the company/startup that is behind the product and if they have already some users. But it is always an advantage to be active on Product Hunt, people notice that you are doing something for the community. It's easier with the launch later on because they recognize you behind the product :)

Build community and support others. They will support you back. :)
