We currently upgraded our app with great set of features and would like to know whether we can re-launch an existing app with updates.

I would check with other makers first. Get feedback if it can do well etc. If not make it so good that it will 🚀

Sure, if you believe you have upgraded enough to make a difference. There are tons of brands keep launching the same but better versions of their products.

You can. Usually the wait time between launches is 6 months but maybe you had major updates you can do it even before :)

PH allows officially to do the launch once per 6 month, but if update is big - you can contact the support and they'll review your reuqest
