    here is what I learned: 1. The founder/founding team must have the right gene 2. If you have a problem, search for solutions; if there are not one, build your own solution 3. Unicorns are the company survives crashes and keeps growing 4. Microsoft has a massive advantage in any 2B business (essentially, MS can copy your product/service and sell them to big cooperation) I organized my study in a year-by-year format, like a yearbook.
