    @vladimir_zivkovic that, and I think most companies would love to cut costs on customer service as much as possible, given that it’s almost always doesn’t generate nearly as much additional business as it costs to provide.

    Most, if not all jobs, may not survive in the future once physical robots enter the mainstream market. It's game over.

    @hashnimo I don't really think it will replace any jobs, it will only improve productivity and maybe reduce prices of services.

    In the wake of AI advancement, particularly with tools like ChatGPT, occupations centered around repetitive tasks such as customer support, telemarketing, data entry, and even some aspects of writing and journalism could see significant impact, yet this also provides opportunities for new roles to emerge, focusing on managing, interpreting and improving AI outputs.
