Create the product first or let the hunter handle everything?

I'm planning to find a hunter to help me launch my new product. 
Should I create the product first and then ask the hunter to create the launch for us, or should I leave it all to the hunter?

In my opinion, you should define the product by yourself than ask the hunter to create the launch for you. Of course they need to understand your product and your spirit and vision well.

Regarding finding a hunter, do you have any hunters you can recommend? I've been in touch with some well-known hunters recently, but haven't had any results yet.
