There are a lot of CRMs and many more use cases.
What are your top general purpose CRMs?
Would love to know which ones you love (and don't) along with why.
We are going through and picking our solution and thought it'd be great to ask and learn from the community.

@shortcipher it depends quite a lot on your business, I'd say. If you need something to start with (for free), and which can be extended incrementally over time I'd personally suggest to have a look at HubSpot, that can be a good tradeoff (https://www.hubspot.com/). Good luck!

I think you could consider Salesforce or Zoho which are suitable for most businesses and have a simple and custom setup. Also, there are many courses and certifications that would help you learn such products at a good level.
you can check https://www.undaku.com/ is a no-code platform where you can create custom CRM and much more.

Gainsight is useful for customer success purposes at SaaS businesses
An automated programme called Social Epoch SCRM, which was created to send WhatsApp messages in mass directly from a PC or laptop in an efficient manner, was built on top of the Official WhatsApp Business APIs. Go to your smartphone's browser, type "SocialEpoch," and then install it from the download page.
Tap on Bulk Send to start your first progression.
It's time to organise your imported contacts, group contacts, and phonebook contacts.
Type your message and include any images, videos, or audio files you wish. Additionally, you may add your signatures to it.
Finally, SocialEpoch will automatically send your bulk messages to 10,000 contacts when you choose the automatic approach.
