How would you choose your business partners?
Do you have a checklist?
Or do you rely on instincts?

hey there,
few things i've picked up:
1. aligned values: gotta be on the same page about the big stuff.
2. complementary skills: they bring something you don't.
3. trust: do they do what they say?
4. communication: can you talk openly, even the tough stuff?
5. gut feel matters, but also chat with their past collaborators.
no hard rules, but these have served me well. all the best.
