Decided to give Ship a try - any one else seen good results?

Hey there, No longer a 'lurker' on here. I've decided to get my first product up here and when the route of 'Ship' - I hear good things. I have another product but thinking if I should hold off and wait till I launch the first one, or is it better to get your Ideas up asap
