    Most of my decisions are what features will be prioritized over others, and if there is a lower priority feature that has perquisites of a priority feature- if it's worth also knocking that out since less time can be spent on doing it now & then.

    some team level operational deceisions (mostly daily), and some more strategical one (weekly i guess)...
