Design platforms vs. Freelancers: Which do you prefer and why?

It was a tight knot in our case, not very long ago, but we went with a design platform instead of a freelancer. Mainly because design platforms are faster, due to a large number of designers and are highly scalable.

I prefer working with freelancers for that personal touch – it's like having a favorite food truck where they know your order by heart! But hey, platforms are like the reliable chain restaurants of the tech world, always there when you need them.
