I've made a point to watch atleast 1 tech talk and read a tech article in depth every week. What is your? how do you up-skill outside tools used in your job?

In my earlier days as a professional, I was an avid reader of Hackernews, Smashing Magazine, and Dev.to. The consistent reading helped me tremendously to grow in my field.
