Hey PH community! Here is my 3rd launch in 4 weeks!

I was a frequent user of Uber Eats, Glovo (in Spain), and similar services, but I found out they take a significant cut of what you pay for your meals.

So, I decided to help restaurants gain independence with their own mobile apps through dinesto!

Love it! Congrats. I am a little familiar with this space so my question is pretty straightforward. Companies use Uber Eats, Door Dash (the largest) for customer acquisition so how would they gain access to new customers with dinesto? Also, does dinesto have access to delivery service?

Regarding your question on customer acquisition:
- Dinesto is all about strengthening relationships with existing customers. For new customers, restaurants can still use Uber Eats or DoorDash. 
A neat trick could be adding a QR code on receipts from Uber Eats or DoorDash orders, directing to the restaurant's Dinesto app for a special offer on their next order.

As for the delivery part:
- While Dinesto doesn’t currently handle delivery, I'm open to implementing solutions like Stuart in the future if there's demand. Meanwhile, the platform is perfect for click and collect services (+ delivery using the restaurant own riders), especially beneficial in areas where delivery solutions are scarce.

On a related note, my experience with Mezeh customer service was excellent when I ordered directly from them. It's often better to order straight from the restaurant to support them more effectively. Plus, direct interaction often leads to better service and fresher food.
