About five years ago, I was helping my dad with a business idea selling Kenyan coffee. I met an elderly gentleman named Leo. He shared a story of how he'd traveled the world collecting unique coffee beans, but his true passion was connecting with people over a cup.
He believed every coffee told a story, a sentiment I found odd until we started using a similar ethos in our branding strategy.
We began sharing stories, not just products. The result?
Our customer engagement skyrocketed. Sometimes, wisdom comes from unexpected places.
Have you found business lessons in unexpected corners? Let's hear your story!

When starting a new business it is very difficult to run it and we always doubt ourselves have we taken the correct decision. Then one of my mentors gave me a piece of life-changing advice it very difficult to run a business but it is more difficult to stick to it. Your emotions will drive and you will have bad days but at last when you achieve our goal everything seems worth of it

My pup taught me a timeless lesson about unconditional patience. Every day, as I returned home, their eyes lit up with joy, celebrating my presence as if I were their world. In their wagging tails and eager leaps, I discovered the beauty of being fully present in the moment and cherishing connections.
