As a Founding Member do you consider security stuff for your business, I found that there are ways to enter through WordPress, PHP, etc to your primary server, and more stuff that causes data breaches, and much more.

Hell yes!!!! Your startup MUST have a layer of security. I have seen so many startup getting hacked and often time their security was so week. you don't need to spend huge amount of cash just on security in the beginning. but just follow few easy steps to protect your startup.
here is a list:
- HTTP --> HTTPS
- if your website is under wordpress make sure your website admin page is not {site}/wp-admin but insted somthing else.
- make sure the admin password is long, just because your password is long it make it longer to guess.
- keep your plugin and technology up to date,( bootstrap, php, nginx, apache, wordpress)
with this your website have a level of security. not the best but at least you won't be the first to get hacked
