Eliminate distraction, keep my phone miles away from me during time I've allocated for working.

It can be difficult for sure, but if you focus on your tasks you may be even more productive than if you were at the office. Trying to stay productive right now as well, we are launching our product today and would love support/feedback -> RepliQ Keep up the good work!

The best way I've found to overcome any kind of procrastination is to set the bar low. Do the task for 20 minutes, 10 minutes, 2 minutes, whatever it may be to get you to start. What I've generally found is once I get started I go past the time I initially set for myself. If I don't, it's probably a sign I need to move on to something else for now.

@mattli this always works for me too! I do it when I workout as well as I end up working out for longer than I expected to

In our work, we have strict rules for each employee to work only during certain fixed hours. So that only part of the day is devoted to work.

I always knew, but not until fairly recently, that I get a lot more work done with Football Manager open. After all, I recorded 6,000 hours of it played on Steam while I was in law school. And I had an internship in addition to school. The game is really zen for me and really keeps me focused, unless I suddenly see both of my keepers injured in the same game and my Sheffield United is about to play Chelsea in the Carabao Cup away with a 16 year old youth player in goal. However, I didn't expect how much I'd enjoy working in a robe. I mean, toga at least I considered at a party, but a robe makes the never-quite-perfect office temperature a thing of the past. Highly recommend it, but if you have trouble, a backwards Snuggie would substitute just fine for a few days.
