I'm thinking about hiring one, but I can't stop thinking that I can't find the way to delegate most of my tasks. How do you deal with it?

If people are trying to boost self-discipline personal manager isn’t an option. On the other hand, a proper productivity tool may come in handy…

Set clear expectations, give detailed instructions, and select the right person for the job. Start small, build trust gradually, and avoid micromanaging. Use automation where possible and focus on communication, providing feedback and guidance. Delegation frees up your time to focus on higher-value work, while allowing others to contribute meaningfully.

I totally get that! It can be tough to let go of tasks. Maybe start by delegating the smaller, less important stuff first. You’ll find it gets easier!

I haven't, but what considerations would lead you to hire a manager? To share your workload? To assist with tasks outside your core business? Or to complement your professional skills? I think the first thing to consider would be the cost. Then, whether it would truly improve efficiency, and what value it would bring - such as increasing revenue, reducing stress, and lightening the workload. Currently, I'm more focused on using various AI software to boost efficiency and prioritize daily tasks, giving precedence to matters that are both important and urgent.
