Investors are 43% more likely to invest in startups with strong Environmental, Social, and Governance values.
Adopting these principles is not just a moral imperative but a strategic necessity. Companies focusing on ESG principles can build a positive brand, fostering increased customer loyalty and attracting talented employees.
Considering ESG aspects helps avoid risks associated with changes in legislation and negative environmental impacts that could affect a company’s operations.

I don't think I would ever start a company based on what investors are mostly likely to invest in.
I think it is a perfectly smart strategy, but this job takes so much work. If I wasn't passionate about what I was building I would not do it.

Integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies in my startup can be a positive move, aligning my business with sustainable practices and social responsibility. It not only contributes to a better world but can also enhance my brand reputation and attract socially conscious investors and customers. I will evaluate the relevance of ESG principles to my industry and consider how I can incorporate them into my business model, operations, and decision-making processes.

Tatiana, absolutely, we're weaving ESG strategies into our startup's fabric, not just to attract investors but to align with our core values for sustainable and ethical growth. It's encouraging to see the tangible impact these efforts have on both brand perception and operational resilience.
