I try to, but this habit is hard to adopt for me. When I do I feel like it clears of my mind and help me see things clearly

@amitay_gilboa_design It is really hard to keep it consistent, you are right. It will definitely clear the mind and help you see more clearly.

Yes, I journal daily. It helps me express my thoughts and feelings in a safe, private space without judgement. It also helps me stay reflective, think more deeply about the things going on in my life and how they are impacting me. It's been very beneficial to my emotional wellbeing and mental clarity.

I do. But it's more of writing my long term goals everyday. That helps me stay focused towards them and do the right thing whenever I am feeling low or in a state of confusion.

I do not daily journal. Although I've been thinking about starting to help with anxiety and such.

I find there's not much to journal daily, but I sometimes do it a few times per week.

I try to journal daily (maybe just jot down interesting things that happened in the day as bullet points or doodles). Sometimes it's a little exhausting to pen things down daily but I feel it's a good way to look back on all the things I did recently~

I do journal every a few days when i feel the need. Been journalling for 10+ years and i think the benefit is to train logical thinking and emotions mgmt. Many times after i journal i feel more peaceful and hopeful

I used to. But will start soon :) This way, I can revisit as and when and really know myself based on my thoughts and notes :)

Yes, I do! Although I never read it later. It helps me summarize my day, how I feel about it and what to do better tomorrow.

@Sule, I very much appreciate these topics of yours, as I am constantly tempted to do a shameless plug and advocate for Tenshii due to obvious overlaps! But to resist temptation (if the above does not count), I have a habit of sending myself links to Signal/Whatsapp, and keeping them handy. This includes simple notes and late-night reminders. Is it ordered? Nope. But beyond that, I trace my time investments in a form of a diary - to know where I am going beyond my initial idea and when perfectionism kicks in. If to have at least one area of focus - the best one is to keep yourself in check.

I did it for a few days but I realised weekly journaling may be more preferable for me at this time.

I use Flipboard to read topics of my interest. I also use feedly but not that much.

Not daily but once a week. It helps me jot down all of my feelings and thoughts in one place and then organize them. I believe it directs me to the path that will lead me to great endeavors. Other than that, I keep a gratitude journal as well, and I try to fill it out once a month. It elevates my spiritual level and gives me mental peace.

Sure, it does give you a sense of direction on how you go about your daily life.......what matters most is consistency

I do, or I try to. Sometimes I miss a day and allow myself to do that, because I want journaling to be something that I do because I truly want to and not to be able to say I've done it every day. I find that this way it helps me express my joys and gratitude or understand the things that really bother me without feeling like an obligation. I'm old school when it comes to writing so I journal with pen and paper, but for me that in itself is a type of meditation.
