To me, Twitter appears as an enormous trash can where I incessantly rummage to discover valuable gems that manifest solely through the grace of chance. This state of affairs amounts to maltreatment, and I have grown exceedingly weary of it. I fervently desire an instrument that would facilitate direct visualization of the most exceptional tweets without necessitating prolonged exploration.

I thought the same thing. There are times when Twitter becomes a trashcan where everyone just throws their opinions out without having thought about them.
