Do you know of any recent examples of tech startups that don't use AI-tech in their functional?

we are an example, I don't know if we are a STARTUP by the business terms, but we built a product from 0 to 1 and people are using our product, Altnine is a personal messaging app, mainly focussing on security and privacy, we even removed mediating servers in the path of communication so its just device-to-device direct, not device-server-device as in other apps, so what's important for us is that data doesn't go into other spaces/servers/integrations, so we definitely don't want AI and AI components in our app.
