For UI/UX design, I would suggest checking out courses on Coursera or Udemy. They have some great foundational courses. Also follow design blogs and try redesigning some of your favorite apps for practice.

It depends on the decision! If the decision is not urgent and/or requires more consideration, I'll use the weekend to mull it over and make the decision on Monday.
