depends on your goals tbh. running a company account? schedule that stuff. personal brand? mix it up.

Although having a posting and content schedule essential. Life is seldom planned and you will post once your motivation is sky high haha

Depends on which platform you’re using. For tiktok it’s mostly trends and ad hoc content because people there value authenticity. Instagram feed is scheduled because aesthetics but stories are ad hoc to build community. Linkedin is mostly scheduled because the life of a post there is much longer
