How do you use it and how effective is it? Does having PSPO/PSM is recommended to really facilitate it>

Hah, good question! I think most teams adopt some scrum-ish hybrid rather than following the textbook. Standups, boards, sprints, sure... but all the roles & ceremonies? Rarely see a textbook scrum master, product owner etc these days. Curious what others have seen!
