    This seems little broad — it depends upon the meeting. I think the important thing is to make sure you have an agenda and plan for your meeting that everyone knows about beforehand. That way if your goal is to collect feedback in a meeting, everyone can come prepared to do so. Hope that helps!

    @product_at_producthunt Thank you! When I asked a few companies if they collect feedback from the meetings, 90% of them said "No", but each week people spend on average 5 hours 3 minutes in meetings and 4 hours 15 minutes preparing for them. Thats a lot of $$$. I think feedback from the meetings (how was set up meeting etc.) is very important.
