I think AI can be a useful tool to assist with brand content, but shouldn't be fully trusted on its own. AI lacks the deep understanding of brand values, voice, and strategy that's critical for sensitive content. Best to have a human in the loop to review, edit and approve the AI-generated drafts to ensure it aligns with the brand. Tools like GPT-4 are getting better but still need human oversight, especially for important brand content.

I think AI tools are not reliable enough to fully handle brand-sensitive content on their own. Creating such content requires a deep understanding of the brand's tone, values, strategy and so on. However, AI can't grasp these important elements.
