    Tragically, yes. I believe that the potential of AI is equally good and bad. What ultimately matters is the responsibility of humans in its use. AI-driven products will become the new norm, to the point where its use will be unnoticeable yet essential.

    Looks that way, doesn't it? AI's getting into everything from chatbots to predictive analytics. Think Gmail's Smart Reply or Spotify's Discover Weekly. But the real challenge? Making it actually useful and not just a shiny object.
