@lysten_inc I believe that not only with engagement, but also with automation of all processes. Our developer said - before every business had to have a website, now I say that every business should have its own chatbot!

It is definitely a good complement to the traditional forms to convert your visitors. I also like chatbots in B2B because you can use a different tone with your prospects

We didn't have one for a while but kept a contact us page. Since adding a chatbot about 5 months ago we've received a lot more questions and inquiries. It has helped us work with some users and led them to becoming customers. I would say its worth having.

@owen_fay Cool experience, thanks for sharing! Chatbots increase user engagement and result in more customers!
Yes, I think chatbots are needed in B2B. They can help to improve customer service and interactions by automating certain processes. This can be helpful for companies that have a high volume of customers who need support frequently. Chatbots can also be used to educate customers about company policies or products.

@qudsia_ali Thank you for your opinion. I will add that chatbots can be useful for small businesses as well. Bots allow small businesses to reach a huge online audience without cost. It reduces the cost of customer acquisition and marketing costs.
