What's your take? Do you try to fill up every minute?
If not, how do you make sure every minute is spent or saved well?
For me - I try to schedule "Do nothing" or "Unwind" slots which help me avoid burnout.

Maintaining a rhythmic balance between breaks and focus enhances creativity. Regular breaks prevent fatigue and burnout, crucial for optimal brain function and creative thinking.

Yes, mostly.
Absolutely, making every minute count is crucial, but it's equally important to balance productivity with self-care. I schedule "Do nothing" or "Unwind" slots too. It helps prevent burnout and ensures I'm recharged for more focused and efficient work during other moments. Finding that balance is key to long-term productivity and well-being. How about you? What's your approach?

I try and be intentional with my time by time blocking but beyond that I think some days are good and some days are bad.
I don't go as far as blocking time for unwinding but I probably should - do you find that it helps to have that set in?
What do you do if you've had a less than productive day and you have some unwind time when you should be working hard?
nevvv eevvv..
Yes, definitely. I believe in time blocking.
Never felt the need so far. Whenever needed I just sleep a lot π
