Hey everyone!
Agile is a well-known development methodology that helps teams across various industries to deliver new features faster. It is especially popular among startups, software development and generally entrepreneur activity.
Do you have any experinece of applying this methodology? Does it help to make your team more productive?
By the way, there is an article on Reskript's blog explaining what agile methodology is about - https://www.reskript.com/blog/home?1b0d820f_page=3

Hello!!! I personally like agile methodology because it help you work as team and as a team member you will be responsible of the work done. As member will be responsible and will be accounted of work that need to be done which increase the productivity. It is far better then waterfall which have long never ending maintenance phase.

Hey everyone!
I just had to jump in here because I'm really passionate about the whole Agile methodology thing. I've been working in software development for a few years now, and Agile has been a game-changer for my team. It's like a breath of fresh air compared to the more traditional methods we used before.
We've found that Agile not only speeds up feature delivery but also enhances collaboration. The regular meetings, like stand-ups and retrospectives, keep everyone on the same page and create a space for open communication. It's amazing how this approach adapts to changes swiftly and helps us prioritize tasks effectively.
Daria, regarding your question, yes, I do use Agile. My suggestion for you is to give it a shot if you haven't already. If you're completely new to Agile and are thinking about making it a part of your business, be sure to read the article Agile Custom Software Development: Best Ways to Unleashing Efficiency and ROI at your leisure. I'm sure it will answer all your questions.
Start small, maybe with a single project, and see how it goes. Remember, it's not a one-size-fits-all solution, so feel free to tweak it to match your team's dynamics.
