    Yes, I've been using the Pomodoro technique for a while now. It really helps in maintaining focus and managing my time more efficiently.

    I've tried it before and I can say it is effective but you need to make it sustainable which wasn't the case for me.

    I've tried it before, but it was somewhat effective for me. I believe I wasn't as consistent with it.

    Pomodoro is great but every time I take a break I lose some context or flow, so I try to stick with working without looking at the time and just focus on the tasks.

    Yes! I get easily distracted all the time, but Pomodoro helps me stay focused. Forest app also works well for me :)

    I think pomodoro is good for studying and learning intermediate skills, but not suitable for deep working or researching
