Yes but a lightweight version of it. For example our sprint planning meeting is every two weeks. I am not a fan of following the strict rules without checking if these fit for our team and requirements.

@julie_su For us, the biggest challenge has probably been ensuring that development tasks are completed within a single scrum cycle. Especially in the early stages of implementing scrum, we often encountered issues with inaccurate task estimations, leading to constant delays.
