Do you use OKRs for goal setting and measurement? If yes, what tools do you use for it?

OKRs are not imp for startups. IMO. You need to be like bamboo and lex with the wind. Not rigged and structured. That's for later when/if you mature

@sentry_co that’s an interesting take. While I agree to what you’re saying I do see some upsides of startups using OKRs especially when it comes to agility and pivoting - it’s a great way to quickly realign the entire org IMO
Yes OKRs are essential and it sets a path that is the most important thing you need to achieve in this quarter.
We use Excel sheets
@jagtarsingh2 couldn’t agree more! Have you considered using any other tools for tracking them at any point?
@namrata_arya Although we haven't tried it yet, if there is a tool available, we are certainly willing to give it a try.
OKR is a great framework to focus on what matter the most wether you manage a big corporation, a startup or even your own career.
You can still be very agile using OKR by defining shorter duration and accept to kill an objective if it must not be your focus anymore.
One big advantage is transparency at every level.
I use Notion with one table and sub'entries.
Workverse Virtual Workspace
Yes we set OKRs for each quarter and we use Airtable to track
@adebayo_mustafa okay! Thanks for sharing that. Have you considered using any other tools for it at any point?

We usually keep a track using a excel sheet, for smaller teams we have found excel to be sufficient without introducing too much cost and complexity

We tried a lot of OKR and KPI tools, and finally we chose to use our own product - the Metrics Platform to manage our business goals, metrics and actions.
Hello,
In a corporate or organizational setting, OKRs are commonly used to align teams and individuals toward common objectives. Many companies use various tools to implement and manage OKRs. Some popular OKR tools include:
15Five: A performance management tool that includes OKR tracking features.
Workboard: A platform designed specifically for managing OKRs and collaborative goal-setting.
Asana: A project management tool that can be adapted for OKR tracking and goal management.
Weekdone: A simple OKR tool that helps teams set, track, and align objectives.
Perdoo: A dedicated OKR software that facilitates goal-setting and performance tracking.
Ally: An OKR tool that helps organizations set and track objectives at various levels.
These tools provide features to set, update, and monitor objectives and key results, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the organization's goal-setting process. However, it's essential to choose a tool that aligns with your organization's specific needs and workflows.
not for the company when you are founding something, just for personal and business to keep track and notice progress
@namrata_arya sorry, I dont know why my comment is like that :D
It is best to always have something to be able to track :) Bamboo is a good tool for individual OKRS
Regarding the tools we use for managing OKRs, we rely on a combination of digital platforms and productivity software. Primarily, we use tools such as Clickup and profitus to create, track, and monitor our OKRs throughout the designated time frames.
