    If yes, would you let me know how often and on what topic they conduct surveys?

    Hi Jin, It depends on the company size, but most of the HR managers I know have at least 2-3 regular surveys. Usually, one if about an internal climate, e.g. diversity and inclusion, and another one is about personal skills.

    @veryayskiy Thanks for your comment. I wonder how often you have those surveys, and how often you think those survey should be conducted?

    @jin_kwon1 as the company works with OKRs, we set quarterly goals and do the surveys either monthly or once a quarter.
