Eliminate Unnecessary Paper Waste - Receipt Management SaaS

Hello Everyone. I would love to know your insights!
Sooner or later, our trees will get used up by unnecessarily printing on paper.
Now, our Green Fintech company, Leafstash, is planning to build a SaaS, despite few/many competitors, to have people manage their receipts.
I came up with the idea initially when I was working in retail and restaurants, we print so many receipts. Also, lots of our customers want to return something but they even don't have the receipt, which gives through all the pain of having to search our POS for records.
Since I am a full-stack backend and even like building solutions, I think we can solve this immediate problem, plus for the long-term, the environment.
One core functions are below.
- Since we cannot quickly change how businesses mainly issue receipts, the app will have high-quality OCR, which can extract and organize the data for you.
- You will have one email to receive an email, which has spam filtering capabilities to make sure you only keep receipts.
- Will integrate with POS systems on checkout, which can automatically send the digital transaction data directly to your account.
- It will notify you of upcoming returns/warranties, even automatically pull terms and conditions from vendors, etc.
- Enterprise-grade search, so whenever you put tags or notes, you easily search them.
- Will show you statistics and tracking not by total amount, but you will have visibility on which specific product is expensive, etc.
Now, I want to offer this app to everyone for free eventually, only restriction is 3 months of data access since one of the problems I want to solve first is the pain of returns/exchanges.
But would you pay $ or $$ amount to have 1 year of data access, reporting, tax, etc.?
The END GOAL though is to have all the features available for free for everyone, mass adoption, and pretty much integrate with major POS and retailers so we do not need to print paper receipts anymore.
I also want to offer a separate plan for business owners to manage their expenses (which in fact there are tons of existing solutions out there), but my main focus is for consumers (even me) only have one app to manage everything.
The main question I get from most "investors" though is how can I sell it to general users/individuals vs. thinking about how I can sell it to businesses.
The impact of the above solution is not only for users but for businesses as well.
1. They can reduce supply costs, and their custom app development costs, and create a huge impact on the environment.
2. Businesses can connect more to users, and get data or feedback from them directly since they are more or less integrated.
Let me know what you think!
Thanks in advance!
Let's save the environment, one step at a time!

Hi,
To eliminate paper waste and promote environmental sustainability, one promising avenue is the use of compostable wax paper.
Compostable wax paper presents a viable solution to the ecological concerns associated with traditional paper products. Unlike conventional paper, which may take years to decompose and often contributes to landfill buildup, compostable wax paper is designed to break down naturally, returning valuable nutrients to the soil. This eco-friendly alternative not only helps reduce the overall environmental impact but also supports the concept of circularity in waste management.
By incorporating compostable wax paper into everyday use, individuals and businesses can contribute to minimizing their carbon footprint and fostering a more sustainable approach to packaging and disposable materials. Embracing such initiatives is crucial for creating a healthier planet and a more responsible future.
