A fresh page in my notebook each day where I list out everything I need to do—work and personal. Then I ruthlessly pick the top priorities and let go of the rest. When things get really busy, I rely on the Pomodoro technique. I keep it low-tech, focusing on clear decisions and avoiding overwhelm, which is the real enemy of productivity.
the classic; Google calendar. Also Trello is great.
I've been using Sunsama to manage my tasks and schedule - it brings together my calendar events and to-dos in one simple interface. Highly recommend checking it out if you want an effective productivity tool!
I'm a big fan of Todoist for task management. It's simple, clean, and integrates with my calendar nicely. For meetings, I've been loving Calendly lately - makes scheduling a breeze without all the back and forth. Highly recommend giving that combo a shot if you haven't yet!
Notion all the way for me! Create tasks, set deadlines, take notes, and even integrates with my Cal.com for scheduling. Game changer for staying on top of everything in one place 💪
I rely on Notion! It keeps everything organized, from daily tasks to long-term goals, all in one place.
GCal and Goodnotes, sometimes notion!
My favorite is Trello. Marking all my tasks as done gives me a feeling like no other.
