You need both anyway... almost everyone has some ideas but not everyone can execute them and deliver results. An idea without execution is only a dream. :)

@busmark_w_nika yes ideas are ordinary its the execution that makes them stand out. when did you have your last coffee at Bucks?

I think execution. Innovation only begins when you seek feedback and iterate based on that feedback. The idea will always adapt and change over time throughout the startup process, but the one constant is your ability to pivot and change course when the feedback is directing you to do so.

@sam_tan7 yes absolutely no great company started and established with same idea that they started initially its all about your rapid adaptive behaviour to change and build better that makes a company

Execution is the true test of innovation, as it transforms an idea from concept to reality. A brilliant idea might be a dime a dozen, but innovative execution is what truly sets a founder apart.

Execution breathes life into ideas, making it the true measure of innovation. Shiv Bhushan Singh, it’s the meticulous and creative realization of an idea that truly sets a founder apart.

I'll agree with others about the execution. The idea can be great, but many people can have ideas and they won't get you far without being turned into something others can actually see and use.

You can't have one without the other.
