How are you splitting up your weeks and months?

I run a UX consulting business and an email marketing tool and often times struggle finding a good balance.

Time blocking + ruthless prioritization is key, and delegate everything that isn't absolutely crucial for you to handle personally.

I go 100% on one thing at a time. It took me too many failed businesses to learn that.
